    Your data and AI

A plain-English statement of who can see what you write in the Market Engineering Virtual Studio, what happens when AI is used, and the controls your team leader holds.

    Who can see your workspace

    • Members of your own company, as invited by your team leader.
    • The partner firm that sponsors your company, if you came in through one. Partners keep access so they can advise you.
    • Traction Gap Partners administrators, unless your team leader turns on Private Workspace.

    Private Workspace

Your team leader can switch Private Workspace on in Settings. From that moment, administrators cannot open your Blueprint, Messaging Matrix, Charter, uploaded documents, AI history, decks or reports.

If an administrator needs to help with a problem, they must send a request with a written reason. Your team leader can allow it for 24 hours or 7 days, deny it, or revoke it at any moment. Requests, approvals, denials, revocations and each administrator view are written to an access history your team can read in Settings.

Companies working directly with Traction Gap Partners keep TGP access, because that is the engagement they signed up for.

    How AI is used

    • AI runs only when someone on your team asks for it: a suggestion, a critique, a brainstorm, a document analysis, or a question to Finn.
    • When it runs, the relevant parts of your workspace are sent to the model provider so it can answer. Your content is not sold, and it is not shared with other companies using this app.
    • Every AI answer is scoped to one company at a time, so the assistant cannot quote or compare against another company's material.
    • Your team leader can turn AI assistance off entirely in Settings. With it off, nothing from your workspace is sent to any model, and the AI features stop working for your team.

    What we cannot promise

We want to be honest rather than absolute. Private Workspace blocks access inside the application, and those blocks are enforced by the database itself, not just by hiding buttons. It does not remove the theoretical possibility that an operator of the underlying hosting infrastructure could reach stored data, and encrypted backups of the database exist for disaster recovery. If your material is so sensitive that no third-party system may hold it at all, do not put it in this or any hosted application.

    Deleting your data

A team leader can ask us to delete a company workspace and its artifacts at any time, and any individual can delete their own account from Settings.
