1. Introduction

Traction Gap Partners, LLC ("TGP," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Market Engineering Virtual Studio (the "Service"), a web application that helps founders and operating teams build Market Blueprints, Messaging Matrices, Market Charters, and related artifacts. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information: name, email, organization, role, and authentication credentials.
Artifact content: text you enter into Blueprints, Matrices, Charters, and Manifestos; uploaded pitch decks, sales decks, and supporting documents; AI prompts and AI-generated suggestions you accept or reject.
Billing information: processed by Stripe; we receive transaction metadata (amount, status, last-4 of card, billing email) but do not store full card numbers.
Operational data: session activity, feature usage, error logs, IP address, browser/device metadata, and audit-log entries used for security and debugging.
Communications: messages you send through Contact, Bug Report, and support flows.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service and your artifacts.
To generate AI suggestions you request, scoped to your company's data.
To process payments, issue receipts, and apply refund-eligibility rules.
To send transactional emails (account, billing, collaboration, security).
To monitor security, prevent abuse, and enforce our License Agreement and Terms.
To respond to support requests and feedback.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your artifact content to train third-party AI models.

4. Sub-processors

We rely on the following sub-processors to operate the Service:

Lovable Cloud / Supabase — hosting, database, authentication, file storage.
Stripe — payment processing and refunds.
Resend — transactional and notification email delivery.
Firecrawl — website crawling for company-context extraction.
Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Finn AI — AI model providers used for artifact generation, refinement, and chat. Inputs are sent over encrypted connections and are subject to each provider's enterprise/no-training terms where available.

5. Cookies and Tracking

The Service uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

6. Data Sharing

We share data only with: (a) the sub-processors listed above, (b) collaborators you explicitly invite to your company workspace, (c) TGP partners you authorize to manage your account, and (d) authorities when required by law. Within the Service, data is isolated per company through row-level security.

7. Data Retention

Active accounts retain artifact data for the life of the account. Unpaid or abandoned company workspaces are subject to a 90-day deletion sweep, with a 7-day manual grace period before permanent deletion. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time using the in-app "Export My Data" tool or by emailing us.

8. Security

We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, scoped API keys, row-level security, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights. We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.

10. International Transfers

The Service is operated from the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S. and in the jurisdictions of our sub-processors.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
